This Hawaiian print wrap-around skirt is almost like being in the islands! The traditional Hawaiian pattern includes palm trees, islands and outriggers! The skirt is 39 1/2″ long and 52″ at waist, expanding to 56″ at the hem of the skirt. Has a wrap tie on either side that are 33 1/2″ long and 13″ long. Measures approx. 74″ x 45″ Fabric: High thread count rayon We take great pride in the quality of our sarongs and in the fact that our sarongs are INDIVIDUALLY BATIKED BY HAND in the traditional way. Batik is a traditional Asian art that uses wax as a resist as it is placed on fabric and then dying the material. The waxing and dyeing can be repeated as many times as necessary to achieve multiple colors and more varied designs. The final process is removing the wax from the material. Hand washing and line drying is best but a gentle wash cycle and very low temp dryer is okay. Ironing is not recommended.
