I am a student and, I am still getting billed. Why so?
Answer: If you have changed the school, it is possible that your status is not yet updated on MyFedLoan.
In this case, it is recommended to make payment or apply for a general injunction if possible. You can make a request in the ‘Please Pay’ section. Once the status is updated in the system, you will not receive a bill.
